Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website betjust-au.com, marketed as Justcasino (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Account Registration

Eligibility

  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if required by the laws of your country or state/territory of residence, to register an Account and use the Services. The Operator strictly prohibits underage gambling.
  • Legal capacity: By opening an Account, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Operator.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. General Rules for Participation

Game Results, Errors, and Malfunctions

  • Technical failures: In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or other technical issue affecting a Game, the Operator may:
    • void the affected Bets and refund the stake to your Real Money Balance; or

  • ADR escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Operator's final response, you may escalate the dispute to the designated ADR body via https://certria.com/complaints/, subject to the ADR body's procedures and eligibility criteria.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to ADR and any mandatory local rights, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
